Acne Cure:
Three Resources

Acne Cure For Mild Cases

Generally daily washing of the affected parts is a simple acne cure for mild cases.

Some special cleansing preparations are available from pharmacies instead of soap and water, to degrease the skin.

If the acne is associated with wearing a headband or other item of clothing which tightly fits over the skin, they should be discontinued.

Benzoyl Peroxide and Retinoic Acid are two effective agents for an acne cure. They should be applied daily.

Sometimes combining the two can be effective, Retinoic Acid in the morning and Benzoyl Peroxide in the evening.

For more severe cases it is important to consult with a dermatologist or physician for stronger acne cure medication.

Sunlight therapy is also an effective acne cure.

Natural sunlight if possible should be used although there are still good results with artificial sunlight.
